A Happy Frankenstein! :)
Frankenstein is always so creepy and scary looking, so I decided to make a happy, non-creepy, Frankenstein for Eliana's school lunch!
In her EasyLunchboxes she has a Frankenstein sandwich. I made her a wowbutter, honey and cinnamon sandwich and topped it with a piece of spinach tortilla. For the facial details I used bread crust, cheese, mini chocolate chips and an edible food marker.
Above her Happy Frankenstein she has sliced plum, which a cute decorative ring
and frozen peas in a mini dipper.
And that is it! I whipped this up super fast and Eliana loved it! Mr. Happy Frankenstein is a simple and fun Halloween lunch :) and I think he is rather cute :)

DeleteI love this! It is so cute. We haven't seen Wowbutter. Do you just stir it up with the honey and cinnamon? It sounds like something my daughter would love.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I spread the Wowbutter first, drizzle with honey and then sprinkle the cinnamon on top. I use a knife to swirl it around, right on the bread-- no need to stir it up beforehand :)
