Eliana and I made this super easy Cat in the Hat lunch to celebrate!
The Cat in the Hat hat is a Wowbutter
and honey sandwich on wheat bread. I made her sandwich into a long rectangle--she ate the scraps :) The red stripes are red bell pepper, the white stripes are cheese. The lip of the hat is string cheese. We only had the double twist string cheese so I placed the cheddar side down :) Since the hat wasn't enough food alone we put together an easy bento for lunch which I shared on Instagram yesterday :)

we put our Cat in the Hat hat (string cheese had to be slightly trimmed). Our "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" goldfish are in a fish silicone cup (found at Christmas Tree Shops). On the bottom Eliana chose blackberries for her fruit. This was SUCH an easy lunch to put together and Eliana loved it! I don't have much skill when it comes to drawing so we went with very simple :)
